Kyle was very helpful getting me signed up for services! He signed me up in the local Sam's club.

I really cant say as too how they work with ppl but I can say that the gentleman that told me about the company was real good with explaining things to me. He and the one working with him was very knowledgeable about the company . They were helping each other, and that was awesome. . That was a team experience. So far so good 👍. But time will tell. If it saves me, a senior citizen $$$$, then hey, I'll spread the news. So let's save lots of money and God bless each n everyone of yall.

It was great I got all information that I needed.

We got just energy at Sams club. Free days between 9 am n 4 pm... which is great for me...i bake all day. Somedays. However... with that being said, when we have to make a payment plan. Which has happened a few times. They have always worked with us. Which is a bonus. Because sometimes pay periods fall erratically. Im glad they try to help. Summertime especially when bills are higher than exspected. So far love this company... weve been with them about 5 mths.

The associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable, offered the different ways to save with Just Energy. She was friendly and polite. I feel that she offered the best rate to me.
